Melt Butter, Cut Vegetables, & Put in the Oven
Preheat the oven to 250-275 degrees F.
Melt the butter over low heat.
Add vegetables, garlic, herbs, and spices. Cut root vegetables like carrots into 1” pieces to cook more quickly.
Bake at 275°F for 2 hours. Check throughout cooking time for doneness.
