PRODUCTS

How long will Miyoko's Cheese last in the refrigerator?
All of our products are perishable and must be refrigerated. Our products should not be consumed beyond a week or so after the best by date. Once opened the products are good for 2 weeks.

Can I keep Miyoko’s Butter out of the refrigerator?
No, our butters are perishable and must be kept in the refrigerator.

Can I freeze Miyoko's Cheeses?
Yes! All Double Cream cheese wheels, Cultured Cashew Butters, and Oat Butters freeze beautifully.

Our Organic Cashew Mozzarella and Organic Cashew Smoked Mozzarella have a slight texture change after thawing, and become easier to crumble.

While our Aged Cheeses can be frozen, it’s best just to keep them refrigerated and consume them within their shelf life.

We do not recommend freezing our Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Winter Truffle, and Cream Cheeses as the texture will degrade while thawing.
