Extremely Chees-y Mac And Cheese

METHOD

  1. Heat oven to 400F. 
  2. Boil water and cook pasta according to package. 
  3. In blender, add all sauce ingredients and blend till smooth. It aids blending to cube or chunk the Miyoko’s Aged Sharp English Farmhouse.
  4. Optional: Cube the Miyoko’s Fresh Plant Milk Mozzarella in to ½ to ¼ inch chunks. 
  5. Mix the pasta, sauce, frozen peas (optional) and Miyoko’s Fresh Plant Milk Mozzarella cubes into large bowl till everything is fully coated. 
  6. Transfer pasta mixture into a 9x13in baking pan.
  7. Drizzle ½ to 1 cup Miyoko’s Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella on the top, depending how cheese-y you’d like the top to be. 
  8. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mixture. 
  9. Bake in oven, covered, for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the cover and bake for another 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
