METHOD
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Boil water and cook pasta according to package.
- In blender, add all sauce ingredients and blend till smooth. It aids blending to cube or chunk the Miyoko’s Aged Sharp English Farmhouse.
- Optional: Cube the Miyoko’s Fresh Plant Milk Mozzarella in to ½ to ¼ inch chunks.
- Mix the pasta, sauce, frozen peas (optional) and Miyoko’s Fresh Plant Milk Mozzarella cubes into large bowl till everything is fully coated.
- Transfer pasta mixture into a 9x13in baking pan.
- Drizzle ½ to 1 cup Miyoko’s Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella on the top, depending how cheese-y you’d like the top to be.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mixture.
- Bake in oven, covered, for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the cover and bake for another 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
