In a heavy bottom saucepan, heat the white wine.
Break up the cheese into small pieces and add to the wine, stirring to melt it completely.
Stir in the nutritional yeast.
Finally, dissolve the cornstarch in the water, and stir into the pot to thicken and add a bit of cheesy stretch.
