Winter Truffle en Croute

Our creamy Winter Truffle Cheese Wheel gets all dressed up with a bit of cranberry sauce and pastry to become a puffed pillow of deliciousness. It's a festive treat whether it's the holidays or any other time of the year. 

STEP ONE
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

STEP TWO
Follow package instructions on thawing the puff pastry. 

STEP THREE
Place the wheel of cheese in the center of the pastry, and top with the cranberry sauce or jam. Fold over the pastry to enclose and crimp the top together.

STEP FOUR
Bake for about 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and puffy. 

STEP FOUR
Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
