This aged semi-hard cheese is crafted using time-honored cheesemaking techniques from a base of organic cultured cashew milk. Our cheesemakers first cold-smoke these wheels over hickory chips, then age them for over four weeks to craft a delightfully smoky, subtly nutty, and deliciously creamy cheese. It's the perfect addition to any cheese board and great for grilled cheeses or grating over salad or pasta. And, of course, it's wonderfully enjoyed on its own!
