This aged, semi-hard cheese is crafted using time-honored cheesemaking techniques from a base of organic cultured cashew milk. Our cheesemakers start by cold-smoking these wheels over hickory chips, then age them for over four weeks to craft a deliciously smoky, intensely flavorful, and deliciously smooth cheese. It is the perfect addition to any cheese board or sandwich, and of course, it's delicious on its own!
