METHOD
- Remove all ribs and seeds from jalapeño, dice
- Mince cilantro, including the stems
- Add Miyoko’s Roadhouse Cheddar Spread, fire-roasted tomatoes, tomato juice, water to bowl and stir
- Add jalapeños and cilantro, stir
- Transfer to serving dish
- Top with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of lime juice
- Enjoy!
