How do I use Vegan Pizza Mozzarella?
The best way to use Vegan Pizza Mozzarella is to make pizza with it.

  1. Thaw the mozzarella in the refrigerator (approximately 12 hours). Shake the thawed bottle well before pouring.
  2. Pour cheese lightly and evenly over your sauced pizza crust (don't apply too thick). You can carefully spread out with the bottom of a spoon. Be careful not to mix cheese with sauce too much.
  3. Bake in pre-heated oven at 500°F for 3-10 minutes. Time can vary based on your oven. Bake until it bubbles up, browns and looks delicious.
  4. Dig in. Share your melty, phenomenally vegan pizza with friends and family.

How much should I put on a pizza?
Vegan Pizza Mozzarella performs really well, even in thin layers. We recommend 1/4 cup (2 oz.) of mozzarella for a 10" pizza.

How hot should I cook it?
Vegan Pizza Mozzarella must be cooked to at least 165°F in order for the cheese to set properly. At lower temperatures, it will remain liquid.

How do I store Vegan Pizza Mozzarella?
When not in use, Vegan Pizza Mozzarella should be stored in either the refrigerator or the freezer. If you don't plan to use all of the Vegan Pizza Mozzarella in the next 12 days, we recommend freezing it to keep it fresh.

How and when do I thaw Vegan Pizza Mozzarella?
If your Vegan Pizza Mozzarella needs to be thawed, we recommend moving it to the refrigerator at least 12 hours prior to cooking. The easiest method is to place it in the refrigerator the night before you want to cook with it.

How long can I store Vegan Pizza Mozzarella frozen?
Vegan Pizza Mozzarella can be frozen up to 6 months before cooking with it.

Is it only for pizza?
No necessarily. Our new Vegan Pizza Mozzarella is perfect in any dish where delicious, gooey mozzarella makes a good addtion. One of our favs is using it for mind-blowing lasagne.
