Shipping Policy

Miyoko’s ships to all 50 U.S. states and ships on Weekdays via FedEx Ground and, for some addresses, FedEx 2-Day Express. Shipments can be delivered any day of the week. Street addresses are needed; we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.
Customers will be notified via email with your FedEx tracking number when items are starting to be processed in our warehouse.
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products we advise refrigerating the products immediately.
All food sales are final. Miyoko’s is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.  For all merchandise returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping expense associated with returning the product(s) to our location.  We will issue merchandise refunds upon receipt of returned product(s).
We do not ship outside of the United States due to customs issues our products are perishable.
