Miyoko’s ships to all 50 U.S. states and ships on Weekdays via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and, for some addresses, FedEx 2-Day Express or UPS 2-Day. Shipments can be delivered any day of the week. Street addresses are needed; we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.

Receiving
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products we advise refrigerating the products immediately.
Returns
All food sales are final. Miyoko’s is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. FedEx and UPS do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses. Because our products are perishable and must be stored and shipped cold, we do not accept merchandise returns.
