Shipping Policy

Miyoko’s ships to all 50 U.S. states and only ships on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays via FedEx 2-Day Ground (Western Zone) and FedEx 2-Day Express (everywhere else). Shipments should deliver on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. You can get your order the same week if placed by 10AM Pacific Time on Wednesdays; orders placed after 10AM Pacific Time on Wednesday will be shipped the following week. Street address needed, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses. 
 
Important
Orders ship out as they are received (first in, first out). Although we do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible please note that your order will deliver on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The day your order ships is dependent on our shipping queue which may vary week by week. Any orders received after Wednesday 10AM Pacific Time will be in the queue to ship in the order they are received the following week.
 
Rates
Our shipping rates are based on weight and shipment destination (utilizing FedEx real-time shipping). The number of items in your order will impact the shipping rate which typically can range anywhere from $9-30 (HI and AK may have additional rates applied). Your exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
 
Tracking
Customers will be notified via email with your FedEx tracking number when items are starting to be processed in our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: If you receive a FedEx tracking number email on a Friday, please know that it will not ship out until Monday. We only send shipments Mon-Wed but getting orders ready ahead of time. We suggest tracking your shipment.
 
Receiving
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. If in doubt, we encourage orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery and will leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products we advise refrigerating the products immediately.
 
Returns
All food sales are final. Miyoko’s is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.  For all merchandise returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping expense associated with returning the product(s) to our location.  We will issue merchandise refunds upon receipt of returned product(s).
 
International
We do not ship outside of the United States due to customs issues our products are perishable.
