Make the most decadent chocolate fondue with Miyoko's Plainly Classic Cream Cheese. Perfect for pairing with fresh fruit or pieces of cake.

In a heavy bottom pot, heat the creamer until it begins to bubble on the sides. (You can make this with soy or oat milk, instead of creamer, as well. Because it won’t be as sweet, add 3 tsp. of organic sugar to the milk as you heat it up).
Turn off the heat, and add the chocolate all at once.
Cover the pot and let it sit for 30 seconds, then remove the lid and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the Cream Cheese, and stir again until completely dissolved.
Add the vanilla and optional rum.
Serve with cut fruit, such as bananas or strawberries, pieces of cake, or even a baguette. Enjoy!
