Miyoko's "All Roadhouses Lead to the Big Apple" Sandwich

The age-old combination of sweet and savory. Pair up our Classic Cheddar Roadhouse with fresh, crispy apples for the perfect bite.

Directions

STEP ONE

Schmear both slices of bread with Roadhouse Cheddar Classic Sharp.

STEP TWO

Melt a little Miyoko’s European Style Cultured Butter on a heated griddle or skillet. Place both slices, Roadhouse side up, on it to lightly brown.

STEP THREE

Remove from heat. Top one piece with the apple slices.

STEP FOUR

Cover the apple slices with leeks.

STEP FIVE

In a bowl, toss the baby arugula with a little salted, aged balsamic and olive oil. Place greens on top of leeks.

STEP SIX

Place the other slices of bread on top and cut in half. Serve and enjoy!
