Schmear both slices of bread with Roadhouse Cheddar Classic Sharp.
Melt a little Miyoko’s European Style Cultured Butter on a heated griddle or skillet. Place both slices, Roadhouse side up, on it to lightly brown.
Remove from heat. Top one piece with the apple slices.
Cover the apple slices with leeks.
In a bowl, toss the baby arugula with a little salted, aged balsamic and olive oil. Place greens on top of leeks.
Place the other slices of bread on top and cut in half. Serve and enjoy!
