Executive Assistant to CEO

Miyoko is looking for her right hand, someone committed to our Phenomenally Vegan mission as an Executive Assistant.

As an Executive Assistant you will be:

Providing support in a one-on-one working relationship with the CEO and the President.

Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on many matters and also as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams.

You have previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to CEO and/or C-Suite.

You are creative and enjoy working within a small, but rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment which is mission and results driven and community oriented.

You have the ability to exercise great judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills while having the ability to maintain a solid balance among multiple competing priorities.

You have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.

You are able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. 

Sanitation Associates (different shifts)

As a Sanitation Associate you have one of the most important roles, keeping our facility free from bacteria. Our Sanitation staff is held to high standards and are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the equipment used in processing and packaging our products and must ensure that Miyoko's Creamery exceeds all sanitation requirements. If you are a detail oriented person and have a high professional cleaning standard, you are our candidate! Our shifts are roughly 40 hours per week. However, because our work schedules are based on demand we are looking team-oriented and flexible individuals, who are willing to work overtime and weekends, if necessary.

Production Associate

As one of the fastest growing food companies in California, Miyoko’s is revolutionizing the dairy industry by combining innovative technology with age-old creamery methods to craft cheese and butter from plant-based ingredients. Our mission is to reduce the world’s dependence on animal products by making a vegan lifestyle accessible to everyone.

Our production staff is held to high food safety standards. As a production associate you would be responsible for creating our delicious and revolutionary products. Tasks include lifting 50 lb. boxes of cashews, milling, fermenting, cooking, forming, wrapping, brining, coating, packaging and palletizing product.

Manager, Supply Chain

Our Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's supply chain and logistics strategy and related operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity. Managing inventory levels and our capacity to meet our customers’ needs is critical to this position. In addition, the Supply Chain Manager partners with internal teams to coordinate supply chain efforts in vendor management, capacity and production planning, logistics, and scheduling to help maintain a healthy, growing, and profitable business. They are responsible for coordinating day to day processes related to manufacturing and delivering the final product, on time, in compliance with quality requirements, expected yield and cost targets.

Manager, Plant Engineering

The Manager, Plant Engineering will provide Engineering support to for the entire plant as well as provide overall coordination and management of the facility maintenance functions. This position requires exceptional technical curiosity, organizational and detail skills, a problem-solving approach, and a firm grasp of the production process as well as the ability to work closely with maintenance, production and sanitation employees to understand and improve the way we control our process.

Sanitation Supervisor

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for all plant Sanitation and Cleaning programs. The position takes actions to ensure the Sanitation and Cleaning programs are in compliance with current food safety standards and applicable regulations including OSHA’s bloodborne pathogens standard. By providing leadership to the Sanitation team, the Sanitation Supervisor ensures sanitation activities are completed on schedule and to the appropriate standards to meet Production and Quality needs. The position is responsible for maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the facility, training and development of sanitation personnel, scheduling sanitation activities, creating work schedules and maintaining the Master Sanitation Schedule and associated documentation to GMP standards.

Sanitation Technician

The Sanitation Technician is an important position in the continuous improvement process of the company as is responsible for maintaining documentation relating to sanitation, performing swabbing duties on cleaned equipment to confirm cleanliness for release of equipment for on time, 5:00 am, release to production.
