As an Executive Assistant you will be:
Providing support in a one-on-one working relationship with the CEO and the President.
Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on many matters and also as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams.

Our production staff is held to high food safety standards. As a production associate you would be responsible for creating our delicious and revolutionary products. Tasks include lifting 50 lb. boxes of cashews, milling, fermenting, cooking, forming, wrapping, brining, coating, packaging and palletizing product.
The Manager, Plant Engineering will provide Engineering support to for the entire plant as well as provide overall coordination and management of the facility maintenance functions. This position requires exceptional technical curiosity, organizational and detail skills, a problem-solving approach, and a firm grasp of the production process as well as the ability to work closely with maintenance, production and sanitation employees to understand and improve the way we control our process.
The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for all plant Sanitation and Cleaning programs. The position takes actions to ensure the Sanitation and Cleaning programs are in compliance with current food safety standards and applicable regulations including OSHA’s bloodborne pathogens standard. By providing leadership to the Sanitation team, the Sanitation Supervisor ensures sanitation activities are completed on schedule and to the appropriate standards to meet Production and Quality needs. The position is responsible for maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the facility, training and development of sanitation personnel, scheduling sanitation activities, creating work schedules and maintaining the Master Sanitation Schedule and associated documentation to GMP standards.
